Ciao e bentornato!!

Come già anticipato da Andrea, a partire da questa settimana tutti i titoli e le spiegazioni degli esercizi saranno in inglese, in modo da farti progressivamente immergere sempre più nella lingua.

Dalla settimana 10 in poi l'intero modulo sarà in lingua inglese.

Oggetto di questa settimana sono le questions.

Una parte fondamentale dei nostri discorsi è infatti composta dalle domande e, se in italiano ne abbiamo di tutti i tipi (dirette, indirette, retoriche, etc.), lo stesso vale per l'inglese.

Nella video-lezione Talene ti ha spiegato cosa sono le Interrogative words (o Wh- words) ed è proprio su questo topic che andremo ad allenarci.

Task 1 (Vocabulary)

Afterwards, answer the interview questions about yourself (when applicable). You can watch the entire video and listen to all 73 questions that the interviewer asks!

Task 2 (English in Use)

Now that you know how English interrogatives work, we can put them into practice and use them for things that we need.

You may have already read Andrea's article about strategic problem solving (if you haven't, you can also download it from the box in the sidebar). Use it to practice your English.

Translate the questions of the article into English (you will find the Italian version below). Afterwards, answer the questions (you can find a sample translation in the "MATERIALE" box).  

• In COSA consiste il problema che stiamo affrontando?
• DOVE si presenta? Ovunque? solo in certi contesti?
• QUANDO si manifesta? Sempre? Con cadenza regolare? In modo imprevisto?
• Con CHI si presenta? E' un problema che hai con i tuoi colleghi di lavoro? con il tuo partner?
• COME si concretizza il problema?
